Don’t Go!

We will miss you!

While we hate to see any of our wonderful members leave, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Please be advised that:

  • New members are locked in for a minimum of 90 days. After 90 days, members are transferred to our standard cancellation policy.
  • All plans and monthly memberships require a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. Cancellation requests submitted within the 30-day billing cycle will result in a final payment drawn from your account on your established auto draft date. Once final payment has been drawn from your account, clients will have 30 days from the last bill date to use the facilities. It is your responsibility to provide written notice 30 days in advance of your next billing date.
  • If you decide to come back and renew your membership, we have to let you know you will be subject to the membership prices on offer at that time.
